Members of SOOIPP can be natural as well as legal people. Members are divided into normal, honourable and supportive.

A Normal member can be a citizen of Poland or a foreigner, who has a full ability of legal actions and who submits a written declaration of entering into Association. Normal members are allowed to:

• elect and be elected to the authorities of the society
• take part in all works and events organized by the Association
• benefit from advice and help of the Association
• use other benefits and devices of the Association
• make motions concerning the Association activity

Nowadays, the society has over 180 active members, including chairmen, directors and employees of centers of innovation and entrepreneurship, representatives of scientific circle and local, regional and governmental administration.

A Supportive member can be a natural or legal person or other organizational unit which accepts aims and rules of the Association and regularly meets declared services. Supportive members have the right to take part in all works and events of the society (through an own representative), make motions to the authorities of the Association and benefit from advice and help of the society. At present we have over 50 supportive members.

Decisions about invitation for normal and supportive member are makes the management board. Members of the society are committed to:

1. actively participate in works of the society and propagate its programme
2. regularly pay members contributions and declared payments
3. obey the statut

A Honourable member can be natural person which is especially of merit for the Association. A decision about giving a title of a honourable member General Assembly of Association members. Honourable members benefit from a special esteem and are exempted from the duty of paying members contributions. Actual honourable members of SOIPP are:
