The mission of the Association is to support the creation and development of innovative enterprises and regions through content-related and organizational support of organizers and managerial personnel in the form of innovation and entrepreneurship centers in Poland. In PBICA there act over 180 individual members and 50 supporting members, which are innovation and entrepreneurship centers as well as other institutions operating in the field of entrepreneurship promotion and regional development.

The main Association objectives are:

1. improvement of qualifications of organizers and workers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers and defense of their interests,
2. popularization of knowledge and scientific and practical achievements in the field of organization and functioning of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers,
3. inspiring the activities aiming at utilization of the unused buildings for supporting entrepreneurship,
4. supporting in creation and promotion networks of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers,
5. promotion of educational activities and research in the field of executing statutory objectives of the Association.
